Sports Car Club
Owners of Triumph cars are eligible for membership. A person who does not own a
Triumph yet, but has an interest in classic Triumphs may join the club too. In addition,
spouses or partners of existing members may also join as family members at a reduced
An aspirant member should fill in the application form for membership and submit it to the
club secretary at the following mail address:
Payment for applications can be paid into the club's bank account, either directly or
electronically. The club's banking details will, however, only be divulged on request to
aspirant members by e-mail (see above), or by contacting the secretary.
Membership fees are as follows:
Full membership: R350 per year
Pensioners, students, country members: R300 per year.
Family members: R150 per year
People who join for the first time should add an additional fee of R20 to cover
Full members and students or pensioners, as well as country members, have membership
of the Triumph Sports Car Club of South Africa included, allowing them subscription to the
national club's journal, Sabrina. Family or partner members do not receive a separate copy
of Sabrina, hence the reduced fee.
A successful applicant will receive a membership card in addition to a receipt for the
membership fee from the secretary/treasurer by post, or by arrangement at one of the
club events if preferred. Membership is valid until the end of the year during which the new
member joined. Members who join from October onwards enjoy membership until the end
of the following year.
